Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
We offer $7 flat rate shipping in the Continental United States. Packages are sent via USPS or UPS. With the flat rate shipping option offered daily, we select the most economical shipping option. You may also select any other shipping option that is available at the time of your order.
Delivery times vary between 2-10 business days, depending on where you are located. We ship from Newark, NJ. If you are close to where we ship from you may get your order in as little as two (2) days. If you are in California, it may take up to 10 days.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You may also use the Chat feature on our website to check the status of your order -- simply enter the required information when prompted.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 (ten) days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello[at]nicholeavonie[dot]com with your name and order number.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello[at]nicholeavonie[dot]com. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged item(s) and your order number. We address these concerns on a case-by-case basis.
